Favorite soccer team: Leicester City
If I could change one rule, I'd: Not allow the keeper to pick the ball up from any type of back pass.
Best thing about working at USA: Working with individuals who have a love for teaching the game.
Favorite aspect of coaching: Seeing players progress from youth and High School teams to the Collegiate level.
Best moment I've ever witnessed live at a sporting event is:
Watching Leicester come from 3-0 down to level it at 3-3 in the 1993 play-off final at Wembley Stadium...followed by the worst moment 5 minutes later when they conceded a penalty to lose 4-3.
