| Coaching highlights: |
Biggest highlight: winners at international tournament in Holland, coaching U12 team representing England. We beat Germany 5-0 in the semi-final, and Italy 2-1 after extra time in the final. Coached players who have played in English Premier League: Dean Richards (Spurs and Southampton); Danny Cadamatari (Everton); Carl Serrant (Newcastle United. Carl was a ‘B” international for England) |

| Favorite soccer team: |
Leeds United. Second favourite: Leeds United Reserves
| If I could change one rule, I'd: |
Introduce an ‘offside line’ 25 yards from goal. No offside nearer to your own goal than this line. It would work like the current half-way line in relation to offside, and would open up play considerably, giving more space available to attackers.
| Best thing about working at USA: |
Opportunity to coach a wide range of players, from 3 years upwards
| Favorite aspect of coaching: |
Seeing in the players a sense of collective achievement that comes from success on the soccer field
| Best moment in coaching: |
Seeing a player ‘get it’
Best moment I've ever witnessed live at a sporting event is:
Leeds United clinching English Premier League at Bramall Lane, Sheffield April 26th, 1992. Leeds beat Sheffield United 3-2
