Biggest highlight: winners at international tournament in Holland, coaching U12 team representing England. We beat Germany 5-0 in the semi-final, and Italy 2-1 after extra time in the final.

| If I could change one rule, I'd: |
Introduce an ‘offside line’ 25 yards from goal. No offside nearer to your own goal than this line. It would work like the current half-way line in relation to offside, and would open up play considerably, giving more space available to attackers.

Opportunity to coach a wide range of players, from 3 years upwards
