Team Training Sessions

Your designated USA trainer will work with the team once or twice a week throughout the season, providing a progressive program of training for individual player and team development. An age and player appropriate series of sessions are delivered.

The sessions follow objectives and content outlined in our ‘Thresholds of Training’ curriculum, but are always modified to meet the week-to-week needs of the players and the team. Continuity is assured, with all sessions performed by the same trainer at the clubs’ desired facility.

Game Day Coaching

To supplement your regular weekly training sessions, why not consider scheduling your USA trainer for game days.  It’s the complete package!

This service ensures that all players receive the right pre-game preparation, player/team game support, and post game analysis. This analysis proves invaluable in the planning of future training sessions.

Quality of Staff

We undertake a lengthy and a meticulous recruitment process. USA Directors hand pick over 75 full time Academy Staff members from an application list of several hundred. We seek out only those trainers who have the ability to engage, motivate and improve your players. To back up this vital and appropriate trainer personality profile, other minimum requirements include three years coaching experience and high level coaching licenses.

Our Academy Staff are recruited not just by reference to their coaching licenses and their playing experience, but also with regard to demonstrated ability to educate and inspire youth players to reach their true potential. USA verifies all staff licensing and provides continuous staff development, undertakes background checks, and kid-safe forms prior to employment.
