Favorite soccer team: Glasgow Rangers
If I could change one rule, I'd: Any dispute with the referee results in the ball being advanced
10 yards in the resulting free kick
Best thing about working at USA: Having the chance to coach a range of players both in ability and age.
Favorite aspect of coaching: Being able to work with players over a prolonged period and watching them progress.
Best moment in coaching: Being told a player could not juggle, and that her highest juggles was 2! 10 minutes later after reassurance that she could do it she was doing 15 juggles repetitively.
Best moment I've ever witnessed live at a sporting event is:
Andrei Kanchelskis standing on the ball and saluting during a Scottish cup semi final game for rangers a few years back.
If i wasn't coaching soccer I'd be: Working as a gym instructor.
