| Favorite soccer team: |
Northern Ireland
| If I could change one rule, I'd: |
I would encourage a longer advantage rule; where the referee may call the play back for a foul if the team does not obtain a clear advantage within 5-10 seconds of the foul.
| Best thing about working at USA: |
Working for USA has given me the opportunity to coach the beautiful game in a brilliant country, and given me experiences I will never forget.
| Favorite aspect of coaching: |
I enjoy the game day aspect of our job. We are able to measure our success and development by playing competitive games on weekends.
| Best moment in coaching: |
Obtaining maximum points with my U11 Boys team in the MCYSA Flight 1 Spring 2009.
Best moment I've ever witnessed live at a sporting event is:
Watching my team (I play with for in USA) win the North Jersey Soccer League 2008 with a last minute winner from former colleague Rob O'Neill; who popped up at the back post in the most unlikely of situations and hammered the ball home - with his shin!!
| If i wasn't coaching soccer I'd be: |
Involved in education in some aspect more than likely in a sports teaching role.
