Favorite sports teams:
Sheffield Wednesday FC
If I could change one rule, I'd:
Create a “sin-bin” that would allow players a cooling off period of 10 minutes for offences greater than a yellow card, but not quite a red card.
Best thing about working at USA Sport Group:
Seeing children develop in a sport that holds a host of great memories for me.
Favorite aspect of coaching:
Seeing individuals develop as a team.
Best moment in coaching:
Seeing a girls U14 soccer team I coached end the current town champions run of 36-0 with a dramatic last minute winner. Seeing the belief, talent, and spirit they showed just proves that hard work and dedication pays off.
Best moment I've ever witnessed live at a sporting event:
Coaching at the prestigious NIKE Friendlies in Bradenton, FL
If I wasn't working for USA Sport Group, I'd be:
Watching 2nd Division Sheffield Wednesday beat 1st Division Manchester United 1-0 at Wembley Stadium, London UK in April 1991
