If I could change one rule, I'd:	Create a “sin-bin” that would allow players a cooling off period of 10 minutes for offences greater than a yellow card, but not quite a red card.
Best thing about working at USA:	Seeing children develop in a sport that holds a host of great memories for me

Best moment in coaching:	Coaching at the prestigious NIKE Friendlies in Bradenton, FL
Best moment I've ever witnessed live at a sporting event is:	Watching 2nd Division Sheffield Wednesday beat 1st Division Manchester United 1-0 at Wembley Stadium, London UK in April 1991
If i wasn't coaching soccer I'd be:	Teaching Physical Education

The backbone of United Soccer Academy is our Academy Staff. Our dedicated team of full time professional coaches ensure every United Soccer Academy program is both enjoyable and developmental.

Our specialist staff are selected from a large pool of professional coaches and are subjected to a rigorous interview process where they are assessed on all aspects of the game to guarantee only the leading professionals in youth development are selected.

Each staff member has extensive knowledge and experience to develop players of all ages and abilities. Our professional, enthusiastic staff build the foundations of our success. In addition all our coaches must hold as a minimum a USSF B License, NSCAA National Diploma, UEFA B License or equivalent.

Our thorough ongoing training program allows coaches to enhance their skills and develop their coaching to the next level. Each staff member completes weekly training encompassing session planning, content, progression and execution to maximize training benefits. All coaches are consistently evaluated to ensure our standard of coaching remains at the pinnacle of professional soccer development.
