Favorite soccer team: Tottenham Hotspur
If I could change one rule, I'd: Every senior professional top level team must have a minimum number of home grown players in their match day squad. This would allow home grown players to play regularly at the top level in their respective countries.
Best thing about working at USA: The fact I get to coach the game I love every day.
Favorite aspect of coaching: Seeing players transform the skills and tactical understanding they learn through training into a game.
Best moment in coaching: Seeing players I have coached go to trials at West Brom, Everton, and Blackburn.
Best moment I've ever witnessed live at a sporting event is:
Tottenham Hotspur thrashing one of my local teams, Hereford United 5 – 1 in the FA Cup.
If i wasn't coaching soccer I'd be: Trying to become a professional snowboarder.
